4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes (as applicable).

For COD → payment is collected on delivery as per our shipping policies.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Rights

Your order is considered accepted only after dispatch confirmation notification.
We reserve full right to cancel, refuse or reject any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

Payment failure
Invalid address
Suspected fraudulent activity
Unavailability of stock
System error or pricing errors

Refund (if applicable) will be processed as per our refund policy.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines mentioned are approximate estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping duration may vary based on location, courier delays, logistics restrictions or operational reasons.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 10 days as per eligibility conditions defined in our Return & Refund Policy page.
Return shipment cost will be deducted from refund amount as per the final approved process.

Refund will be credited only back to original payment method and may take standard banking processing timeline.

Logos

are the exclusive intellectual property of Rati & Manmatha.

All disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana Courts only.

Continued use of website after modification implies acceptance of revised terms.
